The National Education Equity Lab is a rapidly expanding non-profit that aims to democratize college access, and advance education justice. Our efforts were recently featured on the front-page of the New York Times (article here) — and we’re looking for great new team members!
We have an awesome team and board including former U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, Children’s Defense Fund Founder Marian Wright Edelman, President and CEO of the Common App, Jenny Rickard, academic leaders, civil rights advocates, teachers, school leaders and more.
We partner with top colleges and universities to inspire and develop our nation’s next generation of leaders by providing actual college credit-bearing courses, and more, into teacher-led Title 1 high school classrooms across the country. Students earn widely-transferable college credit — at no cost to students. We are in 30 states and will have reached 10,000 students in 2022.
We are hiring for multiple new senior and junior roles, including a Director of High School Partnerships, a Director of Finance and Philanthropy as well as more junior roles, including a Student Success Manager, a Data Analyst, and a Special Projects & Outreach Associate.
