Hallie Zenga-Josephson

Data and Operations Analyst

As the Data and Operations Analyst, Hallie assists with data management, business intelligence, and digital transformation for the National Education Equity Lab. She was a previous Fellow at the Lab for three consecutive summers and is now expanding to a full-time role. Hallie grew up just outside Boston, attending Harvard University as an Applied Math and Sociology major and Education minor. During that time, she was an academic tutor and course assistant for four years and spent her free time volunteering with children in the local community. Being a proud first-generation college graduate has grown her passion for supporting children and their educational journey. Hallie is excited to support an organization that aligns with her education equity and youth development values.
