Andre Ross


Manager, Course Success

As a Course Success Manager, Andre drives scholar success by collaborating with members from the National Education Equity Lab’s Consortium of Colleges and Universities to deliver college credit-bearing courses in underserved high schools nationwide. Andre is a native of Gary, Indiana and graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Andre earned his Masters of Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. Andre has served schools and communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for many years as a teacher and an administrator in public middle schools. His aim has always been to provide unique perspectives and solutions for improving academic and cultural outcomes for students. Concurrently with his full-time work in schools, he has continued his pursuit of educational equity as Co-Founder and Board Member for Education PowerED. Andre is using his skills to help develop more culturally responsive teachers, coaches, and leaders across the globe to increase outcomes for our students and our communities, wherever they may be.
